SIG: Volleyball Set-up & Breakdown
Volleyball Net Setup Guide
1. Gather Equipment:
Poles: Located in the corner nook to your right as you enter the storage closet (next to the music system).
Net: Bottom shelf of the wire shelf in the back left corner of the storage room.
Antennas, Velcro straps, padding: Top shelf of the same wire shelf.
Flathead screwdriver: On top of the AED machine.
2. Insert Poles:
Use the flathead screwdriver to lift the plates covering the pole holes.
Insert the poles securely into the floor sockets.
3. Attach the Net:
Hook the top corners of the net to the top hooks on each pole.
Then hook the bottom corners to the lower hooks.
Tighten the top line first, then the bottom line using the winch system.
4. Final Touches:
Add white Velcro straps to secure the net.
Attach antennas aligned with the court boundary lines.
Wrap protective padding around each pole.
Volleyball Net Breakdown Guide
1. Access Anchor Points:
Use the mini step ladder or benches from the side walls to reach the net’s anchor points.
2. Remove Accessories:
Take off antennas, Velcro straps, and pole padding before loosening the net.
3. Loosen the Net:
Press up on the winch system at both ends to loosen the bottom clips.
Use the crank system on one pole to loosen the top anchors.
4. Take Down and Store:
Lay the net flat on the floor.
Fold it in halves, then roll it 4–5 times.
Place the net back on the bottom shelf of the wire shelf in the back left corner.
5. Return Equipment:
Store poles in the corner nook to your right as you enter the closet.
Place antennas, padding, and Velcro straps on the top shelf of the wire shelf.
Velcro straps go in the brown cardboard box.
