Word Life Athletics has been busy with the following:

- Costa Rica adventure yoga retreat February 19-26th, 2023!

- Personal training (Private & Semi Private @ home sessions)

- Brewery yoga @ Wissahickon Brewing Company every Saturday 10am AND Sunday 11am

- Kettlebell Flow @ Drexel Square coming back April - September 2023!

- 4 day / 3 night Yoga Retreat to Plymouth, Vermont at the Good Commons Retreat house September 15-18, 2023
