  • For this retreat we start in the mountains at the Turrialba Vista overlooking the beautiful Pacuare River Valley. Our itinerary includes ziplining, Tarzan Swing, canyoneering, rafting the Pacuare River Canyon, & more!

  • On our retret in May 2022 the second part of the trip takes place on the coast of the Caribbean Sea for yoga on the beach, SUP boarding, or just relaxing under the palm trees or retreating at the eco-lodge.
