I’ve been working out with Alex since May of 2022. He’s very easy to work with. I had a prior trainer who was rather mean spirited and was always negative about the progress I was making. Alex isn’t like that. Obviously, he’s knowledgable, but his most important quality is that you can tell he gives a damn. I’ve stuck with him consistently because the regiment he recommends for me makes me feel good, and pushes me to my physical limits in a healthy way. If something is too much, we back off. He respects his clients and I would recommend him to anyone for Yoga and/or weight training.
