KETTLEBELL CLASSES

Grounded in mindful movement and strength this class will challenge your physical and mental capacities. No experience required. Just you.

Swing into the moment with a combination of kettlebell exercises followed by a mobilizing cool down at the end! Whether you’re a novice or a vet, Alex is ready to share this fun and unique workout, combining strength training and yoga for the perfect full body workout. Bring your own mat, water, towel, and sunscreen!

Kettlebells will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own.
