Meet, Alex Jeffers and Beth Roberts! Alex and Beth have co-hosted two successful retreats in Plymouth, VT in 2023 and are doing it again in 2024!

As each retreat has continued to evolve so do the adventures! We have brought people together from all walks of life on our retreats and continue to connect with our ever present and ever growing community.

Day 1

  • 4PM Check in (light snacks)

  • 5PM Welcome intro & Meditation

  • 6PM Dinner

  • 7:15PM Gentle FLow Yoga

    • (45 mins)

  • 8PM & On – *Free time activities

Day 2

  • 8am – Butts & Guts (60 mins)

  • 9am – Breakfast

  • 9am-12pm – *Free time activities

  • 12pm – Lunch

  • 12-5pm – *Free time activities

  • 5:15pm Optional Meditation session (30 mins)

  • 6pm – Dinner

  • 7:15pm – Gentle Restorative Yoga
